Don’t be a stranger
Julia Marie Black co-wrote the screenplay for this short film with Josh Wahl and also stars as the role of Jaime.
The film follows four people who come to their old hideout to grieve the loss of their friend. A stranger wanders into their midst as they quickly discover who they know and who they don’t.
Shades of Blue
This spring, three poems, including the titular poem, by Julia will be featured in the upcoming experimental piece Shades of Blue. The production features dance and devised theatre and will stream virtually beginning on May 1st.
